Create a modern default skin that is less cartoonish and more suited to a business application

The current skin looks very dated and lacks the subtle professional style of say MS Office, Sugar CRM, or even VTiger. Just reducing the range of colors used and only using brighter colors to highlight would be a vast improvement.

Synchronize with Google Calendar, so that I can syn it with other devices/programs, such as Thunderbird's lightning, PDA, ipad, so on...

Having just one theme or set of colors limits some due to various reasons (such as sight limitations). I'd suggest having the colors and settings User Defined instead of just the one skin/theme. This will open up the program use to more people that

It needs a personnel schedular for hourly/shift employees so we can schedule them for training and other meetings and find other employees to cover for threm.

In the Navigator screen, the layout and icons for Projects and Categories are too similar (They have more potential for repetition and, therefore, confusion.) so it would be helpful if they were differentiated more from each other.

The Calendar setup is instantly identifiable as are the icons for the Contacts. I've misfiled things within Projects and Categories because they inherently have more overlap and the briefcase versus folder icon both in color and shape look too...

Your current version is great (except for the colors). What would make it even more useful would be a version that could be hosted on a businesses server (website) that could be password protected and used by employees around the world.

Change The Skin To A More Professional Skin.

The skin is bright and colorful which I like on the Personal Organizer, but the Company Organizer would be better if it looked more Professional and less cartoonish.

Fisrt, server security. There is no authentication. As long as user knows the server IP, the user can create an account. Second, shared folder functionality needs to be improved. Maybe add the management on the server side and the chief role.
